Bernadette Lombardo
LMHC
Bernadette has over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, and the elderly. In addition to providing individual therapy, Bernadette has worked as a crisis clinician in emergency rooms throughout the North shore. She is familiar in collaborating and working with court systems, school systems and various state agencies. Bernadette utilizes CBT techniques, such as cognitive restructuring and developing grounding and coping strategies, to guide her clients to deeper levels of insight in order to manage stress and anxiety around life’s challenges.

Julianna Darmofal

Julianna is a compassionate clinician who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, executive functioning, and trauma-related disorders. She is a client-centered clinician dedicated to collaborating with clients to achieve their goals in the therapeutic setting. She employs a variety of evidence-based treatments, including CBT, DBT skills, motivational interviewing, and EMDR, to help clients overcome barriers and make progress toward change.

Daniel Rivera

Daniel is a clinician with a strong background in providing therapeutic services across various settings, including schools, in-home therapy, and outpatient clinics. His extensive experience in managing clinical care, developing treatment plans, and coordinating services has equipped him with the skills necessary to support and improve the well-being of his clients effectively. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Daniel is committed to delivering culturally competent care and advocating for the needs of diverse populations.

Anna Madden

Anna began her career in mental health working in the community as an Intensive In Home Therapist. Her expertise lies in providing counseling to children and adults, in both family and individual therapy based capacities. Anna is passionate about helping her clients set goals that enhance their motivation, success, and overall well-being. Anna uses a person-centered, eclectic approach with her clients, incorporating cognitive-behavioral therapy, strength-based and mindfulness approaches, and family systems therapy.

Rabeel Atif, MA
​Dedicated behavioral health professional with an experienced history of working with diverse, at-risk populations through the mental health field. Skilled in Neuropsychological Assessments/testing, Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, and Behavioral Therapy Techniques. Recognized for implementing evidence-based practices by utilizing emerging treatment methodologies to provide quality patient care unique to each client in a healthcare setting. Master of Counseling Psychology focused on Children and Adolescents From Delaware Valley University. Currently enrolled in the APA accredited Clinical Psychology PysD Doctorates program at William James College with a concentration in Clinical Neuropsychology.

Chassity Crowell- Miller

Chassity focuses on supporting older adolescents and adults facing addiction disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. She also has with extensive knowledge of military culture. Employing a client-centered approach she integrates CBT and Motivational Interviewing techniques to assist her clients in symptom management, skill development, and improving their overall wellbeing.

Rachel Walsh

Rachel holds a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and specializes in family, child, and geriatric counseling with a focus on bereavement. She provides in-home therapy and behavioral support, collaborating closely with clients and community teams to develop personalized care plans. Rachel’s experience includes work in schools, community services, and volunteer bereavement support for children.
