    About Us: We are Female Founded & Operated Summit Community Services is a private agency focused on delivering quality services, rooted in best practice to the youth and families of the Commonwealth. SCS is dedicated to supporting the training and supervision needs of its clinical staff; understanding that services rooted in best-practice begin with well trained and well supported staff. ​ The founding partners of Summit Community Services have each been providing community-based mental health services in the Metro Boston and South Eastern Regions of Massachusetts since the implementation of CBHI services in the Commonwealth in 2009. Each carries a unique knowledge and understanding of the different levels of service under the CBHI umbrella. This combined knowledge, fueled by career-long goals of bringing Mental Health services focused in best-practice to the communities where we live and work, is the foundation of SCS. Meet The Founders Arti Kohli Del Riego Director of Operations & Co-Founder Erin Henry Director of Clinical Services & Co-Founder Noelle Devine Director of Operations & Co-Founder Tracy Zitoli Director of Clinical Services & Co-Founder Arti Kohli Del Riego Arti is a bicultural, bilingual mental health counselor with a Masters in Community Counseling from the College of St. Rose. She currently serves on both the Special Education Parent Advisory Council and Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Boards for her local school district. Arti has over 15 years of experience with under-privileged/under-served children and their families. She is experienced in connecting with various racial and ethnic backgrounds and assisting this marginalized group to become self-advocates who use their voice powerfully. Throughout her career, Arti has developed clinical expertise in various areas of counseling; Early Intervention (CEIS), Outpatient, In home therapy with DCF involved youth and families, Emergency Services, Psychiatric inpatient and services under the CBHI umbrella. Through her work in CBHI, Arti has developed a complex and nuanced understanding of the intake process and views the initial connection to the family unit as a crucial link in the therapeutic process. Arti has a passion for connecting youth and families to therapeutic services that are high quality, culturally humble, and specific to the needs of each youth and family. Erin Henry Erin graduated with her Masters in Social Work from Simmons University and is an Independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 12 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and their families. She has focused her career working with youth and families managing issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem, relationships, self-harming, adolescent-focused issues and general life struggles. Erin began working in the CBHI field in 2009 and has worked across various programs as an Intensive Care Coordinator, a Clinical reviewer at MBHP, as the MCI Supervisor for a local mental health crisis team, and most recently as the Clinical Director for a CBHI IHT program. Erin has been providing supervision to clinical staff working in CBHI services for over 7 years. She has been a part of multiple state training and supervision initiatives to expand the scope and improve quality of services under the CBHI umbrella. She firmly believes that provision of services rooted in ideal practice are directly related to the quality of training and supervision opportunities provided to staff. Noelle Devine Noelle is a Navy veteran and Mental Health Counselor with a Masters degree in Psychology from Columbia University and doctoral level coursework and training in Clinical and Forensic Psychology from MSPP. She has over 15 years of experience providing mental health services and training in a wide range of settings that include schools, residential settings, community mental health centers, hospitals and state prisons. In addition, Noelle taught undergraduate level course work in clinical and forensic psychology as an Adjunct professor for both Newbury College and Baystate College. Since 2009, Noelle has focused her career on providing crisis intervention and in-home therapy services to youth and families in the Commonwealth under the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) umbrella. Noelle strongly believes that training and mentoring tomorrow’s clinicians is vital to expanding the scope and quality of CBHI services for the youth and families of the Commonwealth Tracy Zitoli Tracy holds a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Eastern Nazarene College and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts. Tracy has vast experience working in several behavioral health settings including hospital, home based community mental health (children and adult), community crisis response, and school based work. Through her work as a community liaison with a local crisis team, Tracy developed an extensive network of Community Stakeholders in schools, local police agencies, hospitals, other community mental health agencies, and state agencies. Her scope of work expanded in recent years when she became a regional network manager for MBHP, charged with overseeing the clinical work of CBHI providers across the state. Tracy is invested in partnering with other Community Stakeholders and CBHI providers to expand the scope of CBHI services and bring quality, ideal-practice services to the youth and families of the Commonwealth.
